Just pass the faux watches, and bags is a true NYC open loft perfectly located on the boarders of Soho, TriBeCa, and Little Italy. The loft is just outside the 4, 5, 6, N, Q and R subway lines which get you to just about any part of the 5 boroughs. Ascend to the top floor you’ll enter the loft which has windows on the North and South sides. There are skylights littered above that let in some lovely afternoon light. Through those windows are downtown and uptown looks at the city.

The space
The loft is 1750sq ft. a one of a kind unique NY experience. The floors are wooden, with a renovated kitchen floor and bathroom. There are 3 beds, two on the floor and the final one that is nested in the original pulley system that factory workers used to hoist up lumber and bricks from the ground floor. The place is open and comfortable, giving you an impression that you have transported to another place far from the hustle of Canal St. You’ll see my homage to The Whoo Ping Opera Theatre in the shelves by the table with a family tree depicting the heraldry of legendary Kung-Fu stars. You will see that this is a very personal space and ask that you treat it as you would your own home.

There are electrical heaters that are controlled by switches throughout the loft.

Finally the loft is fully equipped with pots and pans, and an electric stove.

Guest access
You have complete access to the loft. Enjoy connecting your computer to the projector to project movies on the wall, pick up a book to read or connect your phone to play on the stereo system.

Other things to note
The build has 4 other tenets that run businesses from 6AM-7PM. The watch sellers are gone after 8pm and lock an additional outside door. Please lock when your entering or leaving the building after 8PM. The building is a prewar building, so it is a walk up.
