My accommodation is very close to the Rue de la Pompe Metro station. It is well-equipped, with hairdryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine, microwave, mirror, shower, dishes, and cooking pots. It has everything necessary in order to spend a pleasant stay in Paris. It is very quiet, and it is also close to the shops. You will like my accommodation because of the amenities, the cleanliness, and the easy access via the elevator. My accommodation is perfect for one or two people

The place was clean, it is small, but it has almost everything that a business traveller in a short trip can need. From my personal point of view, it had more facilities than I actually needed. The location is excellent, it is in a safe neighbourhood. There is the issue that the toilet is outside of the room. Well, it was not a big deal for me, I knew it in advance, so it was not surprise me. The toilet was clean, private and has a locked door. As usual, there are always opportunities for improvement. A little table will be welcomed and to have a “bathroom sink”, for shaving, washing hands and washing teeth, will make a good place in an very good one. If I have to go to Paris once again, I would try to contact David to stay there.

The apartment is small but well equipped - it has everything you need. The toilet is also private, even though it has a separate entrance. So it's a good option for a single person. The location is very nice - the 16th district is in my opinion the best place to stay in Paris. Both metro and train stations are just a couple of minutes away from the place, supermarkets just around the corner. My communication with the hosts was very fluent, easy and nice - thank you!

I had a great time in David's small flat. The location is amazing. I would definitely stay here again! Many thanks!

David's apartment is good for travellers on a tight budget. The photos are misleading as the space appears much larger than it actually is. (it is probably about 50sq-ft). The shower is tiny and the toilet is outside of the apartment in an extremely tight, small space. Here is an overall summary... Pros: Location is great. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Metro stations. Price is very affordable for someone just looking for a place to sleep. Cons: Incredibly small. Toilet located outside the apartment in the stairwell in an incredibly crammed space. 'Bed' is not really a bed, but rather a pull out couch. Never actually met David. His sister was supposed to meet us at the apartment and she was late, leaving us outside with no method of contact. I would recommend this to solo travellers who literally don't care where they sleep. Especially those on a budget. Couples should seek lodgement elsewhere for a more comfortable stay in Paris.
