This quiet, sunny, newly renovated 11th floor studio has a relaxed, beachy, seaside feel, with all the conveniences of coastal resort living. Located at the beginning of Waikiki, near the Hilton Hawaiian Village, it's the perfect location that is close to everything, but just out of the hustle and bustle. Being one of only 3 Waikiki condo buildings located right at the water, it's only a 3 minute walk to the beach and a few minutes walk to Ala Moana Shopping Center and Convention center.
Newly purchased and fully renovated January 2017, this 427 SQFT studio has new porcelain tile wood plank floors and all new furnishings and household goods. Full kitchen features custom maple cabinets, high-end countertops, stainless steel full-size refrigerator/freezer, electric range w/oven, microwave and dishwasher, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, Brita filtered water jug, blender, toaster, rice cooker, full sets of dishes, utensils, cookware and kitchen essentials.
Brand new Queen size bed with a Simmons Luxury mattress .... so comfortable! There is a 49" 4K TV, High-speed WiFi that delivers up to 300 mbps and a landline phone w/ unlimited long distance across the U.S. and to Canada. Also included, is a new upgraded Central Air Conditioning system for complete comfort.
This studio provides extra conveniences, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, laundry and dish detergent, paper towels, linens, face cloths, hand, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and boogie board. There is no daily maid service. A coin-operated laundry facility is located on the 8th floor.
Parking is available on-site in the attached garage. Parking is $20 per day. Hourly street parking is available along the Marina for $1.00 an hour.
The Ilikai Marina is not affiliated with the Ilikai Hotel. There is no pool on-site, but instead there is the lagoon at Hilton Hawaiian Village next door and the largest fresh salt water pool in the world...The Ocean...just a few steps away!
Guests will have access to the entire apartment through a keyless entry system. The unit is secured through an electronic lock and codes are changed after every guest. Check-In is 3:00pm. Check-Out is no later than 11:00am.
Interaction with guests
Before our guests check in they will receive a text or email with info on our Condo.
We will have a local contact for you, who will be happy to assist you with anything you may need during your stay.
Our goal is to make you feel like Ohana (family) and create a comfortable living space as if it were your own.
We hope this will be the first of many visits to our home on this Beautiful Island that has become a true paradise to us.
Other things to note
- As the owners, we are not responsible for any injuries, accidents or illnesses that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for lost personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premise.
- The Principal guest should be 21 years or older to make the reservation.
- Building maintenance occasionally conducts air conditioning services, water shutdowns, pest control etc, and may need to enter the condo at a minimum disturbance. Any updates for these items will be posted in the residential elevators.
- If guests have packages mailed to the condo, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
- We do not live on-site or on island. We have a local, on-island contact who can be reached by text or phone, should any issues arise. Mahalo!
Rule #1 Enjoy your Hawaii Trip!
Condo sleeps 2 guests only. No Smoking, No pets, No loud noises (Quiet hrs. 10pm-7am).
LAUNDRY - Please dry wet towels before putting in the hamper to avoid mildew. If you have to wash colored items, wash separately from whites. For spills that could stain the furniture, let us know right away so our cleaner can take care of it. Before Check-Out, leave damp, dirty towels in the bathtub for our cleaner to wash.
DISHWASHER - Rinse dishes before loading to avoid clogs. Insert dish pod and just press the Start/Cancel button at least 1 hour before 11:00am Check-Out, so the dishes are clean for the next guests.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL - Only discard small food scraps, not large food pieces. Grind with COLD water. Do not put Hard, Fibrous/Husk, Expandable foods or Grease/Fat/Oils in garbage disposal.
SAND/TRASH - Please rinse off sand at the showers by the beach. Do not rinse sand down the sinks or tub, or put trash down the sink or toilet as this can block the pipes and cause flooding. Trash chute hours are 7am-10pm.
LANAI - Do not store, hang, shake, sweep or throw items from the lanai, or hang wet items on the furniture. Close lanai door when not in the unit.
CENTRAL AIR - Leave 2 inches between the A/C wall vent and sofa for air flow.
TV REMOTE - ONLY press the Power button to turn the TV on & off and the up/down arrows for the Channels & Volume.
Check-IN 3:00pm Check-Out no later than 11:00am.
We will also send you a text at the Airbnb message center with info, directions, door code, etc. approx 1 week before you arrive. When you arrive, please read the printed Welcome Packet for all additional info on the condo. Make sure to leave the copy on the kitchen counter before your departure for our next guests to read.
