On the 2nd floor (or 3rd American floor) of a 19th century building, located between Bastille, République and Père Lachaise, the 345ft² (32m²) flat includes an entrance, a double bedroom (with 140x190 foam mattress renewed in 2016) overlooking a courtyard (with double glazed windows), a lounge with ethnic zen inspiration (with a large convertible sofa for 2 people renewed in 2016), a bathroom with toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is therefore very functional.
This 345ft² flat is my personal accommodation, it therefore contains all the basic products you may need and is certified "Business Travel Ready":
• Bed, bath and house linen for 4 people
• Hair dryer
• Umbrellas etc ...
The kitchen will allow you to prepare your breakfast or to cook thanks to:
• A fridge / freezer
• Electrical plates
• A microwave / grill oven
• A toaster
• A Senseo coffee maker (coffee and tea provided)
A washer-dryer, an iron and ironing board and hangers are also at your disposal if you needed them.
An office space will allow you to use your laptop or tablet with fast Internet access, Wifi or wired, in the best conditions. Power extensions, power strips and USB chargers are also at your disposal.
Travelers have access to the entire apartment: entrance, living room, double bedroom, bathroom with toilet and kitchen. The arrival can be done in my absence 24 hours a day, but I would be happy to welcome you in person if we can find a schedule that suits everyone.
Interaction with guests
The apartment being available when I leave the city, I will not be there after your arrival. However, I would be delighted to help you organize your stay, guide you and answer all your questions before or during your stay in Paris. I am easily reachable via the website's messaging or by phone.
Other things to note
Although the apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby, I suggest that you book for up to 3 people, for your convenience.
The flat is on the 2nd "European" floor and the 3rd "American" floor.
