Stunning lake and mountain views are enjoyed from your private apartment within the heart of Queenstown. Just outside your door are restaurants; shopping and our beautiful Lake Wakatipu. This gorgeous apartment has been recently renovated (Nov 2016) and comfortably sleeps up to 9 people.

Master Bedroom - Queen Bed with Ensuite.
2nd Bedroom - King Bed with shared toilet/shower/soaker tub.
3rd Bedroom - 2 Sets of Bunk Beds (1 Double Bed & 3 Single Beds) Suitable for adults or kids. Shared toilet/shower/soaker tub.

The kitchen is fully equipped with most cooking utensils needed for dining in and cooking your own meals if you wish. Includes a BBQ.
There is a large open dining room and lounge for all to gather and relax.

PARKING: Please let us know in advance if you require parking; as well as the size of your vehicle as parking is limited.

Guest access

The entire Apartment is accessible.

Interaction with guests

You will have the space to yourself as it is completely self contained and we do not live in the building. However we do live and work in Queenstown so may run into you a few times. Part of Queenstown's small town charm. :)
I are available by airbnb message or phone should you have any questions at all. I'm happy to help with any recommendations or bookings for food; adventure; or any general questions you might have.

I would be happy to organize or book any of the area's fabulous excursions for you. From Helicopter Rides and Wine Tours; to Horseback Riding and Bungy Jumping. Endless opportunities to fill your days.

UPON ARRIVAL:
As we do not live onsite - Please message me via Airbnb once you've checked-in to confirm your safe arrival; and that everything is in order in the apartment. Thank you! :)

Check-In is anytime after 3pm. However as Aribnb is not like a hotel; if you are checking in after 9pm I may not be available for questions or issues as I don't live in the building; and will be at home most likely on my way to my own bed. :)

PARKING
Please let me know in advance if you require parking, as well as the size of your vehicle, as parking is limited. - Must be confirmed prior to your arrival date as space is limited.
Any underground parking spaces are for residents of the building and therefore your car may be towed by another tenant if your car is parked without permission.
Alternately there are some time limited free parking spaces around town as well as a few Paid Car Parks. Man Street Car Park is located just behind your apt. and is accessed via Man Street. You are located in the centre of town so no need to drive. Walking might be preferable.

Below are instructions for guest who have arranged parking in advance:
There is 1 small car park below the building. Entrance is at 53 Shotover Street.
Car Park Code: 7854 – to lift gate.
Drive in, turn left and pass the elevator.
On your right, directly to the left of the Stairwell Door; turn right into your car park. Space is labelled on the wall.
Please do not park in any other space in the underground parking as your vehicle may be towed by others.
The 2nd carpark space we have is for larger vehicles, 6-8 seater vehicles. This is located at Man Street Carpark and a keycard is required. This will be found in the apt if arranged in advance. Man Street Carpark is located directly behind the apartment building and has direct access to Shotover Street; therefore only a 2 minute walk to apt front door on Shotover Street.

LIGHTS & HEAT PUMP/AIR CON
Please conserve energy where possible. Please be mindful and turn off lights, heaters, aircon while not at home.

TOILET/SHOWER SWITCH IN MASTER BATH - Drainage
There is a small wall switch in the master bathroom, on the wall behind the toilet just beside the shower.
This controls water flow and drainage for both the toilet and shower. This must be switched on at all times.

As is often the case when it comes to photos of Queenstown, the photos on here simply do not do the view from the apartment justice, it is absolutely stunning. The location is brilliant, just about everything you'd want is no more than a 5 min walk. The place was perfectly clean and communication from Michelle was excellent. I will definitely be requesting this place again in future!

The apartment was fantastic. It was our first time in Queenstown and the photos just don’t do the view justice. Everything was immaculately clean and tidy and we were provided with everything we could need. Michelle was very quick at replying when I asked her a few questions and was very quick to fix any problems that we encountered. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone. The location is perfect and right in the hustle and bustle of the city yet far enough away to not be kept awake by the night life. Overall a fantastic stay.

Michelle’s place is amazing. Great location and gorgeous views. Check in and out was easy and Michelle left us a comprehensive book with restaurant and activity recommendations around town. Hope we can return to Queenstown and stay at Michelle’s one day
