Great restaurants, bars, and vibrant street life are 5 minutes walk away in every direction, and Noksapyeong station (line 6) is also a quick 5 minute stroll downhill.
Nights are peaceful and quiet. Namsan park is a 10 minute walk uphill, with tons of forest trails and exercise equipment.
There is a good-sized bedroom with a comfy queen bed and memory foam topper, a wardrobe, dresser and nightstand. There is a small living/lounging area with a sofa, and a full eat-in kitchen that seats four.
The entire place is yours while I'm away
Other things to note
It's important to note that I'm looking for a responsible person to stay here at least a month during January-February while I'm away on vacation. I will only accept reservations of 30 days or more, and will need to coordinate a meeting with you to hand off keys and explain details about the place. If this sounds like it would work for you, please send me a message! cheers- Michael

I'm a guy from the US, enjoy mountain and road biking, swimming, playing guitar at open mics. Before moving to Korea seven years ago to teach English at University, I was an architect in Oregon, California, and Wisconsin.
I'm considerate, responsible, and all those things you look for in guests.
