The 2 bedrooms have both King size beds ,plus two full bathrooms,there is a Jacuzzi in the main one.
The W Residences is in the epicenter of Miami’s business and financial district. The complex is set on the southern bank of the Miami River overlooking Biscayne Bay and it is bordered by large park spaces to the north and south. This ideal surroundings provide residents with two-acre lushly landscaped outdoor living with beautiful green trees and grass, perfect to extend a blanket and have a picnic while enjoying the unmatched bay and city skyline views. The luxurious complex is also just steps away from, pedestrian-friendly bustling sidewalk cafes, restaurants, night-time establishments and posh boutiques found throughout Brickell and Downtown Miami.

Other things to note

Easy access to everything.
As per Condo Association ,parking is free for stays of 30 days or more.Shorter stays make use of Valet (Valet rates apply).There are parking garages in the area where you can get better rates .Due to ease of transportation in the area (metro mover,metro rail,trolley bus , uber etc) and scarcity and price of parking in the busier areas of Miami (Miami Beach,Key Biscayne,Design District,Wynwood,Downtown,Coconut Grve,etc)a car would not be even necessary when staying in the Brickell area.
We offer another alternative to our guests which eliminates the expensive payment of Valet parking for stays shorter than 30 days.It is a car rental which is registered in the Unit , a MERCEDES BENZ C300 model 2016 new at a fixed rate of US$ 95.00 per day unlimited mileage and everything included.

Check-In: All check-ins are after 4pm. Proceed to the security desk inside the residents' entrance at Tower 3 of the Icon, located at 485 Brickell Ave. If there is a problem with your check-in, please contact me

Check-out: All check-outs are required to take place by 11:00am. A housekeeper will be at the unit NO LATER THAN 11amto clean the unit. Guests MUST EXIT the unit NO LATER THAN 11am UNLESS A LATE CHECK OUT IS APPROVED IN ADVANCE OF YOUR CHECK-OUT DATE in which case an additional fee may be accessed.

Amenities Cards/Keys/FOBS: Each unit is provided with FOUR (2) AMENITY CARDS, TWO (2) UNIT KEYS AND TWO (2) FOBS for guest usage. You MUST PRESENT GUEST AMENITY CARD to use any of the resort amenities. Present card at towel stand, gym,spa.Gym and Spa will take amenity card and return it once you have completed your use of gym/spa. If any of the two (2) amenity cards or two (2) FOBS are lost a charge of $75 per lost amenity card or fob will be accessed to your credit card on file. Please leave all amenity cards, keys and fobs on kitchen counter when departing.

Smoking: This is a NON SMOKING unit. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside the unit. In the event that smoking inside the unit occurs a $350.00 fee will be charged to the credit card provided by the renter.

Garbage/Trash: Please remember to take out trash the day of or evening before your departure. A trash chute is located on the south side of each floor for your convenience.

Sound/Noise: City of Miami ordinance does not permit loud noise after 11pm. Please be sensitive to other guests in the building by not playing loud music or noise after 11pm.

Credit Card on File/Damage Insurance: All guests staying at this property will be given the choice of providing a credit card or purchasing damage protection insurance as a form of damage protection during their stay.

Guests/Parties:The maximum number of guests allowed to sleep overnight in this unit is specified with each rental. More than the allowable number of overnight guests must be approved in advance and an additional fee will be accessed. If the guest does not inform to the owners of additional guests then the credit card on file will be accessed that additional fee automatically. NO PARTIES WITH OUTSIDE GUESTS IS ALLOWED DURING YOUR STAY.

Unit Contents/Condition: The unit is delivered to the guest in good condition and fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchenware, cookware, etc. Guests are NOT TO REMOVE ITEMS from the unit and to respect the overall condition of the unit. In the event that items from the unit are missing, the guest credit card on file will be charged to replace the missing items.

5 stars across the board! Tori is an amazing host. She was very friendly and helpful. She was also extremely responsive whenever we had a question. The apartment was beautiful, scenic and in a great location. I am so glad we decided to stay in brickell. We will definitely be back to visit again soon! Overall my family and I never hesitate to book with this host whenever we are in Miami, which is several times a year. I guarantee the same after staying here. However if you are still doubtful I provided an extensive review explaining why. Our satisfaction is due firstly to the building, I am extremely familiar with the Brickell/Downtown neighborhood and confident to say that the ICON building is the most successful residential complex because of the location and amenities. Location: Located at the start of Brickell Avenue at the edge of the river it enables you to easily walk everywhere, down the lobby ramp is a beautiful waterfront promenade that links you across from one side to the scenic Brickell-Key island and the other across the fabulous drawbridge to the chaotic downtown. Food options are plentiful, with numerous restaurants of different cuisines all within 5 minute walks, if you prefer to cook both a WholeFoods and Publix are much less than a mile away. Of course with the prime location you may experience intense traffic and noise pollution, so if you are not comfortable in the big city environment I would recommend staying away from this whole neighborhood and checking out someplace like Coconut Grove. Amenities: The complex is comprised of three towers (aprox. 50 floors each). Two of them are strictly residential and the third is shared with the W Hotel a 5star luxury hotel, however, they all share the same amenities. The Spa is an unforgettable experience, white marble floors, giant chandelier over the hot and cold baths, steam/sauna changing rooms and a fully equipped gym. Within the building there are fantastic restaurants one of which I celebrated my graduation in. There is a nightclub on the rooftop of the building, where you will find a small pool with outstanding views. Unfortunately at the time of my stay the main pool deck was shut down for construction reasons. The second reason why we enjoyed the stay was directly related to our hosts hospitality. It will be difficult to find a more accommodating host. She makes the effort to constantly check up on us during our stay despite the apartment being incredibly equipped. I highly recommend staying here or any other apartments this host may provide you.

The condo was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed. Tori was a friendly, helpful, and very gracious host. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again on our frequent trips to Miami :) Thanks for having us Tori!
