We were very happy to stay at Rita's place. It is a very charming house and Rita was very welcoming ! We really enjoyed meeting her :) There is the skyline at 10 minutes by feet and then it is 50 minutes to downtown. There are groceries stores at 5 minutes by feet.

Great home with beautiful back yard. Rita was so great and welcoming to my puppy that I had travelling with me.

Rita's house is beaaautiful! So comfortable and peaceful with very good energy. The house and decor is very unique and detail-oriented, it's all a work of art. The bed was amazingly cozy, and there's a million different places to sit and relax, read, work, sunbathe, or whatever you want to do. Also very close to the train station and not far at all to get into the city centre. Definitely stay here!

Rita was a great host, made us feel right at home. My daughter was working night shift while we were there so she needed to sleep during the day, Rita was very accommodating of this. The room we stayed in, as well as the rest of the house, was very comfortable. Thanks for the great stay!

I stayed three nights at Rita's beautifully eclectic home!! The bed was very comfortable, and I slept so well! I immediately felt at home and relaxed. Her home is filled with things from her travels and things she's found locally. When staying, you must pay attention to the many details that she has paid attention to! Everywhere you look are little surprises! My family and I are relocating to the Vancouver area from Southern California, and this trip was for me to find a house. I was quite anxious upon my arrival, but after my first restful night at Rita's I was able to find our home that first day! Her home just has a zen feeling to it! Thank you , Rita, for your hospitality! I will be in touch so we can have tea together! Many blessings, Dana G.

Rita User ProfileRita is a superhost.

I am from New Westminster, BC. I am well traveled and love cultures. As a traveler, I have always appreciated quaint places where I can stay and relax while getting the feel of the place. I find a that a fresh cup of coffee in the morning on a deck with a view or a quaint sun room, or a glass of wine in a quiet and cute place to return to after a long day of being a tourist is an addition to the memories of the place. Comfort and safety are important to a traveler. I also have two well behaved dogs and a cat that thinks that he is a dog. My goal is to have the guest enjoy themselves enough to want to come back to stay in my home again.
