This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish Artist's home. The expansive views from Cape Kidnappers, to Te Mata Peak, Mt Kahuranaki, Mt Erin across to the Ruahine Ranges will take your breath away.
The location is a 20 minute brisk walk into the Napier CBD for all this Art Deco city has to offer. Ahuriri Village is a 10 minute walk along the road and down the steps, where you can find cafes , shops and a popular swimming beach.
The Botanical Gardens are a mere 20 meters away.

The space
While staying at my home, you will have the use of two bedrooms. One has a Queen bed with an ensuite and the other a super king bed with a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to the back garden.
The living, kitchen and dining are in one space at the front of my home. This space opens onto a deck with expansive views and a place to sit. There is a laundry cupboard with a small tub and use of the washing machine.

Other things to note
The drive is very steep. There is space for only one car to park and turn. If you are not confident at reversing please park on the road. There are to be no cars parked on any lawn areas please.
