Located on a private fenced lot set back from the street, the house has a child friendly pool with a gate, new A/C throughout, and high quality dishwasher and washing machine.
Only 2 min away from grocery, restaurants, car rentals, marina and gym, a further 5 minutes gets you to some of the nicest beaches in Antigua with amazing west-facing sunsets over the sea!

The space
The house was completely renovated over 2016 and 2017 with new fully equiped kitchen, bathrooms, tiles and ceiling insulation throughout which allows both keeping the heat out and the cool air in.

The terrace offers a high quality gas barbecue and a kids friendly fenced plunge pool, salt chlorinated, while the outdoor porch allows a rest away from the sun. The garden will bring peace of mind the the parents, hopefully sunbathing, as young children can play in a totally fenced area set back from the street. 3 cars can easily be parked in the long driveway.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom while the 2 other bedrooms share the second bathroom. The house is very kids friendly with a few toys and books available in the childrens' bedroom. The kids room has recently been equipped with a twin over full bunk bed aside from another twin bed.

Open-space living area and high Caribbean style ceiling brings a relaxing airy feeling fro a perfect holiday spirit.

Two of the best Antiguan beaches are within walking distance from the house and several others just minutes away by car, bus or bike. The main road is a minute's walk and there are bus services to St John's and bus hubs connecting virtually anywhere in the island. Rental cars are available in Jolly Harbour marina right next door where there are also numerous fine restaurants featuring both international and local cuisine.

In addition, a large supermarket, golf club, spas, gymnasium, tennis and squash courts (Jolly Harbour, Sugar Ridge) are all accessible by foot, as well as a local Saturday morning market in the main Jolly Harbour square. The area is away from the bustle of the main town, yet full of activities (diving, sailing, kayaking, Hobie cat rentals, etc.). There are as well several hiking tracks located nearby.
