I went there with a group of friends to ski. We loved our stay. The house was very clean and Gayle was super attentive, every day offering us a different treat.

The hostess, Gayle, is very accommodating and friendly! She never hesitated to help us out, answer questions, or make us goodies to eat. The house itself is very cozy and inviting. There was plenty of space for all five of us to be comfortable (2 beds and a couch for sleeping accommodations). Plenty of hot water to go around, heated towels (pretty sweet!), and we never got cold inside despite the weather outside. We recommend bringing s'mores supplies and/or weenies to roast around the fire outside for a pleasantly relaxing night. There aren't many stores around, so if you want to bring food items to cook/make, we suggest getting them ahead of time to avoid having to make a long trip into town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, and 10/10 would recommend.

Gayle and Casita Ole were great. There's an awesome fire pit outside and a wood stove inside; Gayle was very responsive and helpful, and she gave us snacks and s'more supplies. She also makes a great salsa!

A historic 200-year old house awaits! Great fun exploring the property, which includes an old outhouse and sitting areas with swings and fire pits. Gayle was amazing! She provided sleds for our boys, snacks and coffee! Checking out her onsite jewelry gallery is a must!

Gayle was such a warm and gracious host! Very friendly and personable, but also gave us privacy. The place is a very unique and rustic adobe type home tucked away in the remote mointains of NM. Highly recommended experience if you are looking for a place to stay away from ski resorts or just want to travel back in time!!
