Our spacious and comfortable 1 bedroom flat is available for a 4 week stay minimum and is ideal for professionals working in the city.
A true home away from home, you'll have all your comforts and find the area truly Glaswegian.

The space

The flat comes with a comfortable king sized bed and could sleep another person on the sofa if you wish. It has a separate kitchen, lounge, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and hallway so feels like a home rather than a holiday apartment. The place has high ceilings as would befit a traditional Tenement building and the close (lobby) is shared by 8 flats...each of which is residential. Bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and the property has gas cooking and central heating. All cooking equipment can be used. High speed Wi-Fi is also provided.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the end tire flat....except one locked cupboard which housed private items.

Great little flat, everything you could need and walking distance to train, shops and the city centre.

My stay at Alex's flat was lovely and convenient for my needs! Public transport is within short walking distance and a longer stroll to the city centre is only about 15-20 mins. Dennistoun is an excellent value neighborhood with local charm and a few hip shops and cafes nestled in. The flat itself is in a charming residential street just off the main road. A very comfortable and nicely decorated flat that has everything you would need for an extended stay. Alex was a pleasure to chat with and was very quick and helpful to any of my needs, even accommodated me when my schedule changed last minute. I highly recommend Alex's place and would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Glasgow!

Fantastic spacious apartment in Denistoun with super internet. Spent a month at Alex's place and fell in love with Glasgow. Denistoun is a 20 min walk or short bus ride into the CBD, the walk going past Tennents Brewery. If you are looking at spending time in Glasgow then you can't go wrong with Alex's place. Alex was also easy to contact and prompt with replies. Only issue would be the low bathroom ceiling (which Alex can't help). At 6ft5 I couldn't stand up straight in the shower, so similarly tall individuals my need to consider it, whilst the height challenged will be fine.

This apartment was great. I stayed here on a long work visit, so it was perfect for me. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable and well-equipped. The location is very close to Bellgrove train station which is only 2 stops from Glasgow Queen Street, so it's every quick and easy to get around and get to town. There is a huge Tesco's nearby walking distance at the retail park if you want to cook in the fully-equipped kitchen. If you like parks, Glasgow Green is also a doable 20 minute walk from here. Also, the brewery (and weekend markets), Necropolis and Cathedral are all a short walk from here towards town. Communication with Alex was very easy and extremely friendly. Elaine, a family member, lives close by in case you need anything for emergencies (luckily I had none), and she was there to welcome me when I arrived and pass me the house keys. Overall, I'd strongly recommend this place if it's for 1 or 2 people. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you, Alex!

Hi, we,re an easy going gay couple - proffessionals working in marketing and IT.
It's great being a host, meeting different people and hopefully swapping hints and tips with the folk we meet. We've both been known to have a glass of wine or a beer and although we're definitely past the party stage we still like to enjoy ourselves.
We both work Monday to Friday and like to get outdoors at the weekend, so you'll also have your space when you need it.
If you want to know anything about us then please ask.
