If you look for a very quiet and noiseless place not far from Milan city center, a double bedroom is available in my big apartment in the ground floor of a building entirely surrounded by a huge garden.
The apartment is located in a very green area near to the Bocconi University (10 minutes on foot), and rather close to Piazza Duomo (10-15 minutes by bicycle, 15-20 minutes by bus). Bocconi University is in the southern side of Milan, in-between Porta Romana and Porta Ticinese (this latter also well known as the “Navigli” area), both easily reachable on foot.
The area, being close to one the most important universities of Italy, is full of restaurants, pubs, shops etc.
All facilities available, including air conditioning, free internet (wi-fi), free use of and the kitchen ( if you like cooking like me!), free cleaning twice a week, exclusive use of one bathroom.
Breakfast is included in the rate.
I like to meet people and I swapped already my house in Milan with some foreigners a few times, so I will be happy to take you around in Milan and/or to explain to you what to do and where to go!
My guests will have exclusive use of one bathroom full use of the kitchen and whatever is available in the apartment. Moreover, on request I can also provide one bicycle
Interaction with guests
I like providing my foreign guests all help and information they may require to visit, live and enjoy Milan
Rules of the house (as to cleaning, garbage collection, breakfast time, use of the kitchen, password wi-fi etc.) shall be explained to guests upon arrival
I am a nearly retired business lawyer who lives alone with my dog "Mirtilla" in a big flat in Milan, after my last divorce years ago.
I am a big traveller and like meeting people all over the world.
My house has always been opened to friends, travellers and pets!
I am fluent in French and in English (I lived in London for a couple of years)
And - last but not least - I like cooking for my friends and guests!
