My place is a 30m walk to the stunning Glenelg beach. Open the front door, no roads to cross, you're there. Easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping and supermarkets for everything you need. Only 15 min drive from the airport. Beautiful red-brick 1920's building with original high ornate ceilings and balcony. You’ll love my place because of the convenient location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families with kids.

The space

The apartment is accessed via a locked communal area and up one flight of stairs. There is a private balcony perfect for balmy summer evenings. There are 2 king single beds which join to make a king size bed in the second bedroom. Make sure to enjoy the electric recliner~ its super comfy!
The TV is DVD and USB enabled so bring your favourite playlist or DVDs to watch.

Interaction with guests

If you'd like me to organise something specific or special, let me know. For example, birthday cakes, romantic retreats~ flowers, aromatic candles, or live music.
If you have children I can provide toys and games.

Other things to note

This is a residential building, so please be considerate of the neighbours.
No smoking, pets or parties.
As this residence is a strata title, any loss of keys will require the entire strata community to have doors rekeyed and cut for security purposes. For this reason, loss of keys will result in a $300 fee.
Loss of parking permit will incur a $20 fee to cover council reapplication fee.
Please remove shoes when in the flat out of consideration for our downstairs neighbours. Removing shoes (especially stilettos) will also help preserve the newly renovated original floorboards.
Please be particularly conscious of noise levels between 10pm and 8am as heavy footfall can resonate downstairs in this old buildings.
Beach towels are provided.
The beach at the end our street allows responsible alcohol consumption, however, immediately north (right) of the street, at Glenelg Beach central, is designated as a family zone and is therefore alcohol free.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ros' apartment. Ros was a pleasure to communicate with and was very prompt in her responses- with lots of detail provided about the apartment, check in etc. The apartment itself was gorgeous! Beautiful building with restored floor boards etc, everything we could have needed was provided (including lots of pillows and blankets!). The kitchen was well stocked with chocolate, bread and milk provided which was lovely, as well as lots of other bits and bobs such as spices, butter etc. Overall a fantastic place, our only regret is that we only had 1 night! Will be back for sure and would highly recommend.

Lovely place!!! Great location - hassle free. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants too . We loved it. The apartment is wonderfully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Ros (host) made sure we were comfortable during our stay and we thank her for that!! Would highly recommend.
