This all is surprising for me, as you didn't say anything during your stay, except "all good" and "awesome". So I was sure you are totally fine.
We have also manager downstairs working from 8 am till 6 pm everyday and 24 hours on phone. But not me, not him didn't know anything you are complaining with.

Unfortunately i couldn't check the apartment that day, but I was advised that it's prepared. Sorry if not. I know that the cleaner there is not really good. so if you just tell me could send you the good cleaner, and she will do all perfect.
You can't compare utility prices in Thailand with other countries:) We also pay 3times less in our country. But this is Thailand, electric is quite expensive here, moreover the air-cons in the apartment are very powerful, so yes they take a lot of electric.
I'm sorry for your experience, but i would highly appreciate more communication from the guests, during there stay not after. i want to be helpful, but not just read the bad review.
