Inside the well-appointed apartment building equipped with an elevator, sunlight streams through tall windows, into a high-ceilinged 100 year old warehouse space. Historic hardwood floors and exposed original brick walls recall Savannah’s trading past. A beautiful fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area, living and entertaining space. This flows into the bedroom area and bathroom. Exquisitely furnished, City Market Central is the perfect spot for up to 4 people to enjoy one of America’s most fun-living cities.
Entertain in style from the fully stocked kitchen and bar cart or kick back and enjoy the 50" LED TV with internet access for Netflix (bring your own code), YouTube, etc., and local channels. The apartment offers a romantic king-sized bed, and a custom made leather queen sleeper sofa. The en suite bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub. Pamper yourself with high thread count organic cotton sheets and quilts and quality Turkish towels. Ample walk-in closets will take care of your party wardrobe. High-speed Wi-Fi for business and everything else. Washer/dryer for laundry. Park at Whitaker Street Garage, a 3-minute walk from your front door.

Three night minimum stay (including Saturday night) for Rock 'n' Roll Marathon (usually first weekend in November) and St. Patrick's Day weekend (weekend closest to March 17). Additionally, no arrivals or departures on St. Patrick's Day Parade Day (usually March 17 unless March 17th is during Holy Week).
- Rental Agreement for City Market Central 1. Check-in time is after 4 p.m. and check-out is no later than 10 a.m. 2. No smoking in the condo. 3. Animals are not permitted. 4. Security Deposit- The security deposit is fully refundable within seven days of departure, provided the following provisions are met: a. No damage is done to the townhouse or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No items are missing. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash receptacles. d. The property is in good order (i.e. no excessive cleaning is required). e. Glitter, confetti, popcorn or any small item that must be picked up one by one constitutes excessive cleaning. f. Everything is returned to the condition you found it: if you move furniture, replace it and if you plug or unplug something, please return it to the starting position. g. There is a $50 fee if you arrive while housekeeper is preparing unit or if you are still present when housekeeper arrives to clean. h. At departure, please load and start dishwasher, no matter how few dishes. You are not required to launder sheets and towels nor strip beds. 5. PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS – Handled according to the terms of the website. 6. SECURITY – You acknowledge that you are responsible for the security of the condo during your tenancy and that the owner and/or manager are not responsible for any loss or damage to your property. 7. LIMIT OF LIABILITY – Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you. You agree to indemnify us against any claims resulting from your occupation of the property. 8. CITY OF SAVANNAH LAWS -- You agree to be a Good Neighbor while residing in a Savannah neighborhood. Violations of any of these rules may lead to fines or eviction without refund. b. Obey all parking signs. c. “To-Go” cups are legal in parts of the city but public intoxication is unlawful. d. Throughout Savannah, place all litter, trash and cigarette butts in waste receptacles. There are strict litter laws. e. Household trash and recycling must be placed in this property’s designated collection bins. Trash must not be left anywhere else. f. Towels and clothing may not be left to dry on the house’s exterior. g. Use crosswalks and sidewalks when walking. h. Bicycles are prohibited in squares, parks and sidewalks. i. If you are locked out of the house, please call me or the house-keeper. Neighbors and surrounding businesses do not have spare keys to the property. 10. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation of Savannah. If the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation, we will refund: a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

Potential for noise - Being in the heart of downtown, you'll hear people enjoying themselves at all hours. Please turn on the white noise machine before sleeping.
No parking on property - No need for a car! If you bring one, I'll share my parking strategies just before you arrive.
Some spaces are shared - The lobby and elevator are shared with residents and guests in the building.

This place was great and puts you right in the heart of Savannah. We could walk to everything and felt very safe here. Her place is exactly as advertised. No tricks with the camera. We very much enjoyed our stay and recommend it so anyone wanting to experience the history and fun of Savannah.

This apartment was perfect. Amazing location, extremely clean, pictures were very accurate - an overall gorgeous place. Only small gripe was wishing there were more TV channels available. Would recommend this apartment to anyone traveling into Savannah that would like to be in the middle of everything!

Apartment is very nicely decorated. Street noise is really loud at night, even with the sound machine provided. Not ideal for light sleepers. :)
