Mezza Residences is located along Aurora Blvd. It is very accessible to schools and universities along the university belt. This unit is great for students. SM Santa Mesa Mall is also located right in front of the building, just a footbridge away.

This 2 bedroom unit is 46 sqm in size which is larger that the usual units in Mezza. It has 3 twin size beds that can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. We renovated the unit and removed the wall dividing the 2 bedrooms to make it more spacious and bright. The floor is completely carpeted. The main highlight of this unit is its balcony with its unobstructed view of manila. It is a corner unit, hence, the rooms are bright and well lit at daytime. Then at night, one can see the beautiful night lights of Manila.
WELL MAINTAINED UNIT
We have our carpet cleaned every 6 months by a professional carpet cleaner as recommended and have our aircondition units maintained every 6 months. We vacuum the carpet and wash aircon filters in between guests.
SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX
We have provided a safety deposit box to keep your valuables in.
FRESH LINEN AND TOWELS
We provide you with freshly washed linen and bath towels. Extra linen and towels are also located in the cabinet.
KITCHEN WITH COMPLETE SET OF COOKWARE
There is a mini kitchen complete with an induction cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, cookware, utensils, plates and glassware and a water dispenser.
BATHROOM WITH COMPLETE AMENITIES
There are 2 full bathrooms that comes with hot and cold shower. We provide the essential toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, toothpaste and tissue paper.
INTERNET AND WIFI
Our internet service provider is Globe Broadband with a speed of 5MBPS. The internet wifi password will be given upon check-in.
We have the cablelink cable TV and a 32 inch HDTV.
There is a swimming pool, jogging path and a playground at the 5th level that guests can use. There is a fee of 200 Php to use the pool. Guests can either pay at the lobby desk or at the 4th floor admin office.
Interaction with guests
SELF CHECK-IN WITH KEY FREE DIGITAL LOCK
Now our guests can check-in 24/7. We provide our guests with a unique code to unlock the digital lock on our door. This code is good for the duration of their stay. Therefore, I usually do not do meet ups with guests. But if there are any questions or concerns, I can easily be contacted through my number.

LONG TERM LEASE
Long term tenants are welcome! Booking of long term stay is still done through airbnb.
Taken from airbnb site: If you book a long term reservation that lasts 28 nights or more, you’ll be charged a first month down payment and the rest will be collected in monthly installments.
At the moment, you can only pay for a long term reservation on a computer.

***IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Mezza Residences Management have recently implemented an Access ID System, but IDs are only available for residents. As a guest, to be able to enter the lobby, I will need copies of all the guests who will be staying at the unit. Your IDs together with my authorization letter will then be forwarded to the lobby security. Upon entering, all guests need to log in. PLEASE NOTE: It is also their policy to log in each and every time you enter the lobby. Please submit your IDs at least a few days before your arrival to avoid any problems with entering the lobby. Take note that the admin office is only open during weekdays from 9am to 5pm. I will also send you a copy of the authorization letter for your reference.***
Please take off your shoes when inside the unit as the floor is completely carpeted. We have indoor slippers for the guests to use.
Use outdoor slippers when going to the balcony but please remove them once inside.
STRICTLY no events or parties allowed. Only those registered as guests can be allowed to stay overnight in the unit. Visitors are allowed, as long as they follow the house rules.
Please conserve water and energy. Turn off appliances and aircon when not in use.
Upon check-out, I would appreciate it if you throw your trash on the garbage room located outside the unit and to the left.
Please DO NOT LOCK the door knob.
Take care of our unit and keep it clean.
