Welcome to my loft! Located in Tampa's historic, friendly, indie neighborhood, Seminole Heights is home to incredible new restaurants, amazing craft breweries, hip coffee shops, indie fleas, eclectic stores, and charming bungalows. The Warehouse was built about a year ago in an unused, you guessed it, warehouse. We have a great rooftop patio with a bar, grill, fire pit, and comfy couches. The space is fully equipped with all the amenities, cable, wifi, and a comfy bed.
The loft is located on the third floor accessible by two stairwells or an elevator. It's an urban, open loft with high ceilings and a metal roof (lovely when it rains). The rooftop patio is located on the second floor towards the NW side of the building. I have lots of books, games, records, and magazines for your entertainment.
An electronic fob will give you access to any of the 4 gates around the building. You won't need it for anything else. There is a regular key for locking/unlocking the apartment.
Interaction with guests
When possible, I will meet you at The Warehouse to give you the key and electronic fob for the gates. I am available 24/7 by email, phone or text.
Other things to note
The bedroom is located up a flight of stairs and is open to the rest of the apartment (no door). My neighbors do have dogs but they are normally pretty quiet. I will be available at all times to answer questions.
Smoking is only allowed on the rooftop patio located on the second floor - not the hallways or stairwells.
The loft is not suitable for small children.
