Old apartment recently refurbished, on the top floor so it can get a bit hot in the summer because it's right under the roof. Location is very central - you can walk to pretty much everything in the city centre. The flat has a nice small balcony opening onto a picturesque inner court yard; the furniture is new and nice - very good bed; the windows, however, are old and do not offer proper noise insulation, so there's quite a bit of noise from the street, as others have remarked. The hot water stopped working while I was there but this was solved with Simone's assistance via telephone - the heater is a fairly old design. Overall I think you can do better and find other apartments in Torino that offer better value for money.
