An ideal space and central location for conventioneers, business and solo travelers to work, explore and rest. 5 private rooms are available to book separately as well as the entire space. There are multiple work areas set up and each room is equipped with a desk, door locks and charging cables. The Convention Center is located two blocks away and takes two minutes to walk there. Chinatown, Center City, The Art Museum, Old City and South Street are approximately 3 to 30 minute walk away.

[ 1230 Summer St ] This unique space combines the social elements of a co-sharing work space and dormitory style rooms that double as private offices. Each room has a desk, lock + key and there are two full bathrooms. The unit is located on the first floor for easy access in and out of the building with a secure parking lot directly in front. A security monitor is mounted in the front for your safety. It displays who is at both entrances and hallway. Below is a detailed listing of each accessible area.

GENERAL HOUSE RULES:
1. No Unregistered Guests allowed in building.
2. No cooking in the kitchen.
3. No illegal downloading of pirated materials on Wi-Fi.
4. Be considerate of other guests and their privacy.
5. Clean up after yourself and throw away trash in room.
QUIET HOUR RULES [ 10 PM – 8 AM ]
1. Cell phone conversations in foyer or outside, not in room.
2. Use headphones for audio or video equipment.
3. Please enter quietly into the building to your room.
4. Turn lights off except if in use.
5. TV volume off during quiet hours.
