Your home is nearby the beautiful Copenhagen lakes and is located in the cool and urban part of Copenhagen ("Nørrebro") - in an area with great cafes, restaurants, and shops.
The apartment is cosy and homely, and consists of one room with a queen size bed, couch area, and dining area. You'll have a private kitchen and bathroom, and your own entrance. Your home is furnished in a classic, minimalist, Scandinavian style.
The train/bus/metro station "Nørreport" is only 10 minutes away.

The space

The perfect spot in the heart of Copenhagen!
Charming 1 bedroom apartment (40 square meters, located on the ground floor) is now available as your perfect holiday get-away.

The place is perfect for 1 - 2 persons, who wish to explore Copenhagen and stay at a small, homely place in the central part of the city.

The apartment is furnished in a classic, minimalistic, Scandinavian style, and is bright and inviting. It is placed in a quiet passage, surrounded by a yard with benches (in summer time). The passage is entered through a gate that requires a code in the evening.

The accommodation is located in the Northern city center in a modern, urban and cosy environment with many cafes, restaurants, shops, and antique stores. There is great variety of take-away in the area as well!
Just next to the passage, you will find a lovely square with cafes and an authentic ”hang-out” spirit unique for this city area. Right outside your door, you will also find Copenhagen's best ice cream store (Paradis Is). A one minute walk from the apartment will take you to the most beautiful, open lake environment with a view across 3 city areas.

Walk for ten minutes, and you will be in the city center with great shopping opportunities and a wide range of cultural offerings. In this area, you will also find Copenhagen's new market place "Torvehallerne", which offers anything from Danish delicacies, local vegetables, fresh fish, and lots of foreign specialties.

There is public transportation that connects the entire city close to the apartment. Moreover, you can quickly and easily travel around the city and go to the airport with the city underground (Metro), which you will find ten minutes (walking distance) from your accommodation. The underground also takes you to a wonderful sandy beach within 15 minutes.

Copenhagen is the world’s no. 1 biking city, and the city offers a range of different bike rentals close by.

Guest access

The apartment is connected to my home, but is kept as a separate apartment. The door between the apartments is blocked, so your home is in no way connected to mine - and you'll have a separate entrance : )

The apartment is lovely, clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our two nights in Copenhagen. It was perfect for us! The location was about ten minutes or so walk from Norreport station which was great and we could easily access everything we wanted to do in Copenhagen by foot. Amalie was an absolutely fantastic host - very easily contactable and gave us some great information and recommendations for our time in the city that we really appreciated! I definitely recommend staying here. Thank you very much Amalie!

Pros - secure building accessible by two gates and main front door. Away from main road so no traffic noise. Close to bus routes and 10 minute walk to metro/overground trains. Near restaurants and bars. Good communication with host before and during visit, including directions to the building and locating the key. Cons - not as clean as one would hope - kitchen cupboard doors and handles were sticky, opened food from previous guests left in cupboards and fridge. Opened toiletries from previous guests left in bathroom. Bedding left for guests to make the (squeaky) bed which after a tiring day travelling was disappointing. Building itself is quite noisy. Bedroom area quite dark.

Amalie's place is clean and cozy. The location is perfect, in a quiet side street, but next to some nice cafes and restaurants. And she had great recommendations of places nearby. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting beautiful Copenhagen.

Amalie's place is perfectly located in the heart of Nørrebro near loads of nice bars, shops, cafes and restaurants! Can highly recommend this apartment during your stay. Amalie was a great host in every way and very fast to respond whenever we had any questions. 10/10!

This was the ultimate home for us in Copenhagen. You can take bus 5c directly from the airport and to the bus stop near the house (Elmers gade or something). You have bars and restaurants all over. City bikes super close. It is too far to walk all the time, so I recommend people to buy a bus card so that they can take unlimited buses. The bed is the best we ever layed in, and everything with this home is so nice. Would go again!
