Alicia's place was way above our expectations. In spite of the tragic events that happened the weekend of August 12-13, we felt safe and enjoyed our stay. Alicia's place was clean, cozy, had everything we needed and the welcome basket with wine and snacks was awesome. The place was perfect for us as it was three minutes from hour son's apartment. I really recommend it. We use AirBnb every time we travel, and Alicia's place has been one of the best.

I could not have been more satisfied....Clean and lovely home. Perfect stay (even though I wasn't there much) because I was tending to my husband's surgery at nearby UVA Med Center. It was wonderful to have a retreat for a shower and food I could prepare for me (and later for him). Alicia was delightful and accommodating and very thoughtful about my situation - this was not a vacation. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I've already recommended the apartment to friends. It is cheerful and inviting and very comfortable with lots of extras (soaps, detergents, paper products, etc). I loved it.

Alicia's place is wonderful. It is close to everything in Charlottesville, so well kept, and wonderful to stay at. The bed is also one of the most comfortable ones I've ever stayed in. I'd definitely highly recommend this AirBnB to anyone!

At the end of our vacation in Charlottesville, a group of 10 of us went around discussing our highs and lows of the trip. After days spent at the wineries, the duvet on the guest bed at Alicia's home was one of the first highs I thought of. We were provided with everything we needed and just went about enjoying our stay. The only negative was being woken up at 8am by very loud noises that were eventually connected to some work being done in the backyard. We could hear the dog running on the hardwood floors while this was going on, as well. No biggie, we probably should have woken up at that time anyway so as not to miss out on any winery fun! Thank you, Alicia!

This was one of my best Air BNB experiences. The place was impeccably clean, well appointed, comfortably and thoughtfully furnished, and quiet. I had great and easy correspondence with the hosts, and I will absolutely book again if I return to Charlottesville.

Alicia User ProfileAlicia is a superhost.

My husband and I have enjoyed living in Charlottesville for 3 years (my husband grew up in Charlottesville and we consider him a "townie") and we love sharing our favorite places to visit and eat. We enjoy hosting friends and family and are now happily welcoming airbnb guests into our home. We both enjoy traveling, cooking and exploring all that Charlottesville and the surrounding area has to offer.
