Devyn, the listing does state that we ask you to complete our rental agreement. It's in the rules of the condo. Upon booking, we replied back to you via the Airbnb app asking for you to complete the rental agreement. You admitted you didn't check your communication and would have someone check it immediately and get back to us. Upon receiving the document in the system, we replied to you with the door code for entry. If there was any delay, it was unfortunately due to you delay in communication with us via the app. We actually had to call you to have you check communication in the app.
Regarding your complaint of bugs in the condo, was that possibly due to leaving the balcony door open during your stay? Upon inspection of the condo prior to your arrival, there were no issues. There was also no complaint from you regarding anything during your stay.
The complex only provides 1 parking pass per 1 bedroom condo. I checked and didn't see any requests for an additional parking pass from you.
Finally, when you signed our rental agreement, you agreed to remove all trash from the condo and strip the sheets from the beds. You also agreed to be charged for replacement value if any sheets or towels were permanently damaged. I did not tell you every single towel was ruined, I said SOME towels were ruined with what appears to be blood. I reminded you that this was also clearly posted on the fridge for your group to see. It was also in the email with the arrival information and door code, which you did receive to gain entry to the condo.
It appears that your group had a wonderful time on your spring break weekend in our condo. Unfortunately, you did not take minimal responsibility in cleaning up after yourselves and the mess you made in our condo. We took every measure possible to make sure you knew to follow some very simple rules. Upon inspection of the condo after your departure, I did not see any bugs or gnats.
