Pinhal do Golfe is a quiet, beautiful landscaped and secure Complex.
There is a large condominium pool (unheated) and a children's pool - all year round, for you to use freely.
This lovely ground floor apartment offers a peaceful and homely holiday environment, which is ideal for eating out or relaxing in the sun.
There are no main concerns that young children could fall off the veranda, as the apartment is on the ground floor and has a direct access to the complex gardens and pool.
The apartment has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, being one private. What I mostly appreciate with it is the extremely calm common areas (garden and pool), which allows you to really take a break, and the direct access that the apartment has to them, as it is ground floor. You can just go in and out to the garden, without having to go up and down stairways and corridors!
The kitchen is complete with everything you might need to cook real homemade meals:

If you're not on holidays to cook :) , beside the great restaurants at the Marina, you also have an on-site restaurant/snack bar at excellent prices which also does "Take -away" meals!

If you plan to have a car to travel around, there's a free parking space right in front of the apartment as well as a dedicated parking space (Letter A) in the garage. In this space, is where the bikes are safely parked. Please note that I'm not renting the bikes. I'm simply borrowing them so that my guests can take full advantage of the amazing Vilamoura cycling lanes. Therefore, please take care of them as if they were your own, leaving them fully usable on your departure.
You will find the apartment clean and with fresh clean towels and bed-sheets, as the rental includes the cleaning fee. This cleaning is done only once upon your departure. If your stay is longer and you'd prefer to have intermediate cleanings and exchange of towels/bed-sheets, please just inform us and we'll send a special offer with the additional cleaning fees.
Please don't forget to bring your own beach towels, as the apartment does not include these!
Interaction with guests
This is our holiday space, and we live quite far away, so we can't be there to meet you. Nevertheless, we're always available through phone, WhatsAp, Facetime, Hangouts and email.
As we are not there to meet you personally, we count on Paula, who supports us with the cleanings/maintenance. Paula lives 10 min away in Quarteira, so in case of any need, she is there to facilitate that you have a pleasant stay.

To facilitate your check-in, after you confirm your reservation, I'll send an online form requesting these details from all guests. Please be aware that if these details are not provided, I'm not legally allowed to accept your reservation.
