This marina-front condo is described very modestly. The complex is gorgeous. There is a pool in the courtyard, just a few steps away, that was at least 80 degrees every time we went in, and a beautiful grassy area to play in by the pool as well. The Marina Club has a great hot tub, but the front bathroom in the condo also has a jetted tub that was very nice. There is no air conditioner, but we didn't really need it. Just a little hot on a couple of nights, but this was during a heat wave in July.
The best part about this rental was that the east wall of the living room is a sliding glass door with a gorgeous waterfront view of the marina, which we never tired of looking at. When the sun sets in the evening, the light sparkles on the water, making beautiful shadows on the walls and ceiling of the living room, which is just magical. Truly one of the most relaxing feelings I have had in a long time.
The beach is exactly a one mile walk from condo door to the water (we tracked it multiple times). There is a lot within walking distance. Toppers
Pizza is super close, and there is a bunch of stuff on Harbor Blvd (just over the bridge) that is a half a mile walk, which was also very nice. The location here really is fantastic!
This is a condo complex, but the people were really cool. Everyone we met was super nice.
