My experience at Jane's place was overall very good and surpassed expectations. It's no five star hotel, but it is a recently repolished Victorian home in great condition, and an excellent deal for the price. It is tight quarters, and I wasn't in the room pictured, but instead a private living room with drywall separating it into two rooms. The room will afford you privacy, but it doesn't block much sound so if you have a loud person in the other portion of the living room that's been partitioned off, or people chatting in the dining area (also adjoined) you will hear them. The apartment is one block from the light rail, which makes it easy to get anywhere, and has free unlimited street parking, so very convenient if you have a car. Overall it suited my needs perfectly, but if you know you're nit picky about noise and shared spaces, maybe you should look somewhere else.
TLDR: if you're looking for temporary or cheap housing, look no further!
