This 1880s home has been restored and updated. It is close to the University of Rochester, the airport, city center, and within a short walk of Highland Hospital, shops, nightlife, and public transport. It is a single story bungalow with a fenced-in yard and off-street parking. It's a perfect place for couples, groups, and business travelers. Dogs are welcome although some restrictions do apply. There is more information about canine guests in the House Manual section. *No cleaning fees!*

This was a beautiful house in a great location, we walked for coffee every morning and there were plenty of shops. The only negative I can write is actually a fluke, we stayed here during a heatwave so the lack of A/C made it very uncomfortable.

Amber’s place was a great stay for our visit to Rochester. The location is pretty central and made for a quick drive over to the Public Market and a great base to get to our friends wedding activities and ceremony. Access was super easy and Amber was very communicative upfront. …
