Our old shotgun house (long skinny house) is very close to multiple restaurants and bars in a Historic area of Knoxville called "Happy Holler." The house is 1.5 miles north of downtown, and is an easy ride on the bike path. The home is 730 sq. foot and built in the style of a studio apartment. It has a huge kitchen, king bed, newly remodeled bathroom, sunroom, and backyard with a fire pit. You can walk to the grocery store, 3 bars, and a record shop in under 4 minutes! The walkscore is 65!

A wonderful shotgun house in an unbeatable location. Easy to get anywhere in town, but the ability to walk to a number of great local spots really makes this place special. A really wonderful place for a long weekend or an extended stay.

Very good for the traveler who cooks and does his own laundry. It's nice to just walk through the door and have everything there. It was very convenient and comfortable for my two week stay.

Sorry about the firewood! I will put some firewood out there this weekend! I have about 5 truck loads of wood at my shop next door, we must have just run out and I forgot to replace it out back of the airbnb. Come back anytime!
