The space
Misty Ponds is a newly renovated home and has a fantastic parents retreat wing with a King bed, ensuite, additional bathroom, lounge and single bedroom.
There are another 3 bedrooms at the other end of the house with a large bathroom, separate toilet and laundry.
The kitchen, dining and lounge room are open plan with comfy lounges, combustion fire and black out window furnishings for movie time. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a large group including all the usual kitchen helpers! Dishwasher, microwave, ovens, saucepans, platters, lovely crockery and cutlery, cooktop, coffee spot, bar stools and a large dining table with wonderful views.
There is also a separate games room with a remote to open the roller door. If you are a wedding group the light at this property is fabulous so photos will be pretty amazing!

Guest access is via an auto gate and lockbox. We provide all information prior to your booking.

Other things to note
We have an unfenced dam at the property so please supervise children all the time. The property is 2 mins from the Main Street of Berrima and about 10 mins to Moss Vale. The BBQ is for your use and we ask if you can clean it afterwards or we will charge a $60.00 cleaning fee to you.
We ask that you do not park on the grass as we are trying to get it growing. The driveway has an automatic pressure pad to open the gate on your way out. Please don’t force the gate in any way.
This is a newly renovated property so please respect it and its surrounds.
