Denmark Street Cottage is a centrally located cottage in Fairlie Township with a rural outlook from the private outdoor patio area. It is a 2 minute walk to the local shops and eateries. It is a warm and sunny house which has been fully refurbished which makes it modern, cosy and comfortable.
The space
The cottage consists of a modern open plan living/dining area with a new kitchen, and 3 large bedrooms. It has a new bathroom with toilet, a large laundry space with an additional seperate toilet. The sunny & private outdoor patio area with a large lawn space leads down to the rural Setting.
The section is fully fenced, with off street parking.
This fully furnished cottage is fantastic for families, couples or groups of friends.

2 mins walk to the local Fairlie shops & cafes, playgrounds & river walkway's.
35 mins drive to Lake Tekapo home of the Aoraki Mackenzie International Dark Sky Reserve.
Fairlie also has a great 18 hole golf course & other recreational facilities such as Lake Opuha a 10 minute drive, near by. Golf clubs & carts are able to be hired.
