My house is in Salcombe, with one guest parking space. 15 minute walk downhill to Main Street, quay, shops restaurants, and North Sands beach. Great access to the countryside and walking places (including the SW coastal path). National Trust walks and properties nearby. The house is brand new - warm and comfortable. Guests will have sole use of the ground floor (private entrance) including sitting room, bedroom and shower room and patio. Perfect for couples, and solo adventurers.

Interaction with guests
I will meet you on arrival, and provide a welcome pack with advice and instructions. Otherwise it is up to guests how much they want to interact with me. More than happy to chat if you wish, but equally happy to leave you in peace if you prefer. Fruit, fruit juice, cereals, tea and coffee making facilities and toast, butter and marmalade or jam are provided for breakfast for you to help yourself. A microwave is provided for guests' sole use
Other things to note
My two spaniels live in the house. They do not have access to the guest areas (though you may hear them upstairs). The guest accommodation is two floors from my living accommodation so there is no worry about disturbing us if you are coming back from a night out!
