This apartment is in a fantastic location in a quaint, historic neighborhood that is an easy walking distance of lots of dining, shops, and historic attractions. Kerri was very responsive and helpful, check-in was a breeze with a convenient lockbox, and the apartment was nicely decorated. The bed is very soft and comfortable, and there was a twin sized AeroBed. I hadn’t considered that given that gave of the house the it probably did not have central air, so I was surprised that the bedroom was the only air conditioned room. It worked out alright though since the AeroBed fit on the floor in the bedroom, and both the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans. The pictures of the apartment show that it normally has a cute, four-legged resident. The apartment was clean, but as a non-pet owner there was a pet odor that became less noticeable the longer you were in the apartment. Overall the location was perfect, the apartment was very quaint, Kerri was fabulous, and this was a great value!

If you have any interest in the historical sites that Philadelphia has to offer, Kerri's place is a must. Walking distance to the Independence Hall area and to great restaurants. I would definitely book this place again.

Location was AWESOME! So central to everything. There is no wifi; not a huge deal but is usually standard. Kerri was great at communicating and offered us lots of ideas of places to go and things to eat- great host!

Kerri's place was adorably decorated, in a great location, and is a great base for a visit to Philly. Just a note that the mattress is very, very soft so may not be the best for people who prefer firm mattresses (like myself); my husband thought it was comfortable though!
