Two storey townhouse in the heart of North Melbourne. You will enter the property via a private courtyard and on the ground floor you will find a modern living room, kitchen and laundry, and upstairs is a spacious bedroom with ensuite and private balcony.

Tram stop situated out front of the property. It is a short tram ride into the city, or thirty minutes on foot. You will be close to all public transport (tram, bus and train) and car parking available on the street.

The apartment is very close to Errol Street shops, cafes, bars, and of course the Queen Vic Market. There are several beautiful parks throughout North Melbourne. Feel free to take a stroll towards the Zoo (25 minute walk), Lygon Street, Carlton (35 minute walk), or the Museum/IMAX/Fitzroy area (45 minute walk).

Plenty of car parking around the apartment, although there is a car space within a communal garage available at request.

Across the road is a pharmacy, doctor's clinic, two convenience stores (open late), as well as an assortment of take away food.

The property is located in the historical City Gardens apartments and was built in the 1970s. It was designed by the award winning Australian architect, Peter McIntyre with all the characteristics of a modernist structure.

Great little house in a nice quiet area with great access to public transport! There was a tram stop right out the front with a direct tram to the CBD leaving every 8 minutes or so during the day (the trip takes about 15 mins). The styling of the house was awesome and we really enjoyed being there. We didn't get to meet Matt as he was overseas, but he was easy to contact, replied promptly and gave us great suggestions on places for coffee, cakes and food near by. If you plan on bringing your car, just have a chat to Matt about the parking situation to check if it suits your needs, as on-site parking isn't always available and the on-street is mostly timed except for a small section that was most often full. We had a great time and would definitely stay again on our next visit to Melbourne. Thanks Matt!

Matt's place was very comfortable and clean. Matt was very helpful and flexible with the check in and out times. Really close to public transport that takes you straight into the city.
