-We prefer non smoking or smoking just by the balconies. Thanks.
-The checking in and out times are flexible, but if there are two groups arriving and leaving within the same day and time, the "official times" will be checking out arround 12:00 and checking in arround 16:00, to let the cleanning team leave everything perfect for you. But you will always be able to leave your lugagge in an extra room we have by the rooftop of the building.
-Follow the home rules and respect everything and also the neighbourhood.
-Be quiet after dinner time. 6/8 people group chat is ok, but not party noyse after 23:30 or so, pelase.
-Open to events, but with special prices, insurances... We would speak in each case.
