This beautifully remodeled modern vacation home has all the features you want for your luxurious beach vacation. Walk in to an open kitchen/living room with a wine bar, surround sound system, flat screen TVs, and ground floor private patio, great for entertaining. Double doors open up to the secluded patio which includes a built in stainless steel BBQ grill, gas fire pit, and outdoor patio furniture for relaxing. The space

The first floor of the property includes a large 2 car garage, open kitchen and living room area, laundry room with high efficiency washer/dryer, patio, and the first of 3 bedrooms which has a queen bed and a full bathroom. The second floor has the 2nd two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed with full bath and double door access to the patio with bay views. The 2nd, and largest, bedroom features a king bed, large bathroom with a walk in closet, double headed shower, and surround sound throughout. Double doors open up to beautiful bay views which you can see from your bed. All rooms have large flat screen TVs with digital cable and fast wireless internet.

5. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the occupants. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

8. PETS are permitted only with prior approval.
9. Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only (In garage and directly in front of front door). Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
10. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
11. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle. Please use dumpster in front of the unit (Code= 5055).

This is such a beautiful home and perfectly located to the street markets, beach and all within walking distance. The area is quiet and I enjoyed being out on the balcony in the mornings. My guests and I were there for a Girl Trip and we loved it that we were not right on top of each other. Our favorite room in the house of house was the kitchen and sitting at the lovely bar area exchanging stories. Never got a chance to meet our hosts brother and sister Chloe and Jon Ferrari, but they were accessible by cell. Thanks again and you are well recommended.

The Mission Beach 3BD Home near Beach & Belmont park is a perfect house for a trip with friends and/or family. Steps away from the bay, and a block from the beach it offers nearby access to two different types of beaches. It's in a quiet neighborhood but in walking distance or a short uber away to nightlife on the beach or a 15-20 minute uber into the city. The unit itself is absolutely perfect and we loved staying there and would do so again if ever in the area. The owners were super helpful with any questions/concerns!

As advertised, the house is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the extra amenities in kids beach equipment, bodyboard, premium TV channels, and large refrigerator. The location is great being only a 5 minute walk to a local market, small restaurants and maybe a 10 minute walk to Belmont Park. The master bed/bath was beautiful and the first floor bed/bath was perfect for our parents not having to climb stairs. In all, the house was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. I would stay again and highly recommend this beautiful home.

Beautiful upgraded home and very accurate in descriptions as well as pictures. Plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Easy Check in/out. Chloe was a wonderful host and very responsive and easy to work with when contacted. Carpeting was stained, but I believed is planned to be removed in the future. The only thing I wish would have been different was the noise from the air traffic. SD has a very busy airport and you can hear the loud planes over head from patio and when windows were opened. Obviously, out of owner’s control, but bummer still the same. Would still very much recommend this home!
