The first floor of the property includes a large 2 car garage, open kitchen and living room area, laundry room with high efficiency washer/dryer, patio, and the first of 3 bedrooms which has a queen bed and a full bathroom. The second floor has the 2nd two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed with full bath and double door access to the patio with bay views. The 2nd, and largest, bedroom features a king bed, large bathroom with a walk in closet, double headed shower, and surround sound throughout. Double doors open up to beautiful bay views which you can see from your bed. All rooms have large flat screen TVs with digital cable and fast wireless internet.

3. People other than those in the Occupant party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Occupant. Occupants are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above.
4. Occupants should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.
5. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the occupants. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

8. PETS are permitted only with prior approval.
9. Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only (In garage and directly in front of front door). Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
10. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
11. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle. Please use dumpster in front of the unit (Code= 5055).
