Taylor, thank you so much for the review. However, I would like to go over a few points:
1. I never laughed at you. You phoned me at 10:30 pm at night, because you ran out of toilet paper. I tried to explain to you that we start Guests out with some supplies and then the Guests purchase their own items, when they run out. However, if you would have phoned me earlier in the day , I would have gladly sent our cleaning person up to the unit to drop off some more supplies. I apologized multiple times and our conversation ended by you hanging up on me, when I was trying to, again, apologize.
2. As far as the shower leaking, you never contacted me about that. I phoned you, because Management contacted me about the carpet outside of the unit being wet. I asked you if our maintenance person could enter the unit, without you being there, so as not to interrupt your vacation. You informed me that you would rather be present, which was fine, so we scheduled our handyman around your schedule and had him visit the unit after 5:00 pm.
3. As far as the bar behind the toilet being broken, this is the first we are hearing about that, we will look into the issue and fix it, if it is broken.
4. Small Black Bugs , this is the first we are hearing about that issue. We will investigate and if there is an issue, we will take care of.
