Chasa 49 is a traditional Engadine house with impressive local flair enriched with modern assets. In a very quiet corner of Guarda village, the south-facing house boasts fabulous views of the valley. Constructed in the 17th century, the former farmhouse was converted and extended in 2010, preserving original features whilst updating it to meet today’s standards of comfort. In walls, floorboards, ceilings and furniture you can see and feel the history of generations over 4 centuries.
Interaction with guests
One week prior your arrival I will send you an email with the contact details, arrival details and further important/interesting information.
The house is located away from the road and only a narrow path leads to the house. Therefore, the email includes images.
