Beautiful cottage in a great location. Sarah is a great host making sure we were well looked after. She answered any questions quickly and helped us enjoy our stay. Her home is immaculate and set up for am easy stay. There is so much to do locally that we didn't manage to fit it all in.

Sarah's cottage is a cosy, comfortable place where you'll instantly feel at home. The garden is delightful, with lots of birdlife, there's loads of space and lots of in-house entertainment for the odd rainy day! We saw dolphins in New Quay harbour, and enjoyed the beaches at Aberporth, Mwnt and Poppit Sands.

This was our best-ever Airbnb. We absolutely recommend this place for an excellent stay in a family-friendly house (a true home-away-from-home) in a beautiful region. The house is the main home of Sarah and her family. It is fully equipped with everything you may expect (fully equipped++ kitchen, including bakery ware, baby chair and ware, etc). The big plus is that Sarah provides access to the books and toys of the family: hiking and tourism guides, cook book, kid books, movies DVD, lego, etc. The garden is also very nice, with a garden table and a "pirate" hut for the kids. Beds are comfortable, house is very clean and very new, decorated with taste. The house is also conveniently located: it is a walking distance of Lanarth village, with a small shop and farmer products. It is 10 minutes by car of New Quay, which is a lovely harbour with a nice beach, many restaurants and nice sea trips (dolphin watching). We also enjoyed Aberystwyth, St Dogmaels and Dolaucothi Gold Mine (all ~40min by car). In brief, an unconditional recommendation for this wonderful BNB.

Fabulous house particularly if you are staying with children. Description doesn't do it justice. Everything you could possibly need in a lovely quiet location but an easy drive to some beautiful places. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful, relaxing holiday. Sarah and Phil were excellent communicators in the run up to our trip. On arrival, we were really happy with the very clean, cosy cottage and its peaceful rural location. Sarah had left some lovely welcome snacks for us and beautiful flowers from the garden. With a baby and a 3 year old it was pretty much perfect: the bedrooms had an excellent supply of toys (train tracks, dinosaurs and the like) and blackout blinds, the garden had a small pirate fort and slide and downstairs a very impressive selection of children's DVDs for rainy afternoons and an arts and crafts drawer. The kitchen was really well equipped - not every holiday cottage has a pastel and mortar or blender (!) There is a wide choice of beautiful beaches and things to do within a 15-30 minute drive. We also visited the nearby NT estate and bought lovely fresh fruit and vegetables from their garden and taught our son to ride his bike on the cycle path. In the evenings, we loved curling up on the sofa with the wood burner in the evenings. We've come back home feeling totally refreshed and relaxed.

I am a mummy of two adventurous little boys, three if you count my husband! We live on our shared family smallholding and love nothing more than being outdoors. I am a very keen gardener, and grow our own fruit, veg and lots of pretty things too! We love exploring the world, whet…
