Other things to note
Cabins in Alaska are generally very small. Most activities are outside and the outdoors becomes an extension of your space. The porch is large. To maximize space while traveling around Alaska it is recommended that you keep luggage to a minimum. Soft sided luggage packs in rental cars and the small planes used to fly around Alaska much easier. A backpack is recommended for day excursions.
We take pride in our cabins and want everyone to enjoy Alaska. But we do need some rules. It is against state law to dump any fish waste any where other than the river you caught it in or a dumpster. We provide an onsite dumpster for all trash. No fires are to be left unattended. Please no smoking inside. Please don't take items outside the cabin. Treat it as your own home and protect it for the future. Before check out please wash your dishes and remove sheets from beds that were slept in. Respect your neighbors by no loud conversations on the porch after 10 pm. Number one rule, have a great time! - We do have moose and the occasional bear on the property. Always respect wildlife, look but do not approach. This is Alaska and you should practice bear safety everywhere you go. - We practice water conservation, so please reuse your towels and do not leave water running longer than needed.
- Boots, shoes, waders and fishing tackle should be kept outside.

I love Cabo and Alaska. I have been traveling there since the early 90's. Love to share all there is to do in Cabo, Alaska and surrounding areas. I fish just about everywhere I go, Marlin, sailfish, dorado and tuna in Cabo. Salmon, trout and Halibut in Alaska. Redfish, trout and red snapper in Texas. I love just being in a boat. My girlfriend, Krissy and I, want to be in Cabo or Alaska everyday. But until the kids are grown and the pizza business can run itself we get a couple of weeks in Cabo and a few weeks or so in Alaska. I know you will enjoy the condos in Cabo and Alaska as much as we do. We want you to have a wonderful time and experience all these two great destinations have to offer.
