Attention!!! Warning!!!! Very very bad guests!!!!The customers arrived with 2 suitcases of food bought on the island, for this reason we suppose (given our years of experience!) That they were cheating the same methods with other Host in Ibiza. A few hours after their arrival they started to call us, signaling that the garden floor was not perfectly clean. Immediately we sent our cleaning company that removed some small pieces of paper (probably flying with the wind!). The cleaners noticed us that the clients were carefully analyzing every single dish, glass etc...trying to find any stains or defects able to be photographed and then be able to request a refund. They also complained that the color of the sofa cushions in the garden was different (lighter) compared to the photographs: obviously, probably due to the color of the photographs or due to a normal lightening for sun exposure! They requested a later check-out at 2 pm, but we have had to refuse. During the check-out, agreed for 12.00 (midday, maximum time allowed by our conditions registered on the website) they refused to leave the house, we had to wait almost half an hour to enter the house because they were not able to find the keys to open the door (they then found it inside one of their cars). When we finally managed to get into the house, they were not ready to go out, we have had to wait for them to pack up their clothes, get dressed, empty the fridge and put a lot of food in suitcases and bags. We urgently requested them to hurry up as we had a few hours to prepare the house for the arrival of the subsequent customers. From that moment they started saying (we suppose lying) that on their return home the night before they had found a theft of some objects. We asked them if they had gone to the police station for a complaint and they said no. We asked if they had closed the whole house and entered on the alarm: they said yes, but I called the alarm company and they verified that during their stay they had never used the alarm. They also sent me the relevant file proving this. They continued to refuse to leave the house, so we were forced to go to the police station for help. Unfortunately, not being an emergency and given the subject the police patrol could not go to the site. After almost two hours they finally came out, delivering only a bunch of keys instead of 2 (resulting as a damage for us due to having to change the locks) and leaving a mountain of garbage that created stains that were impossible to clean. The house has needed many hours more of cleaning for the poor conditions in which it was left (with subsequent delay of the next check-in and therefore we had to reimburse the following guests for an amount). They also broken 9 glasses and 2 boards of 2 toilets. We suppose that they usually use this method to receive refunds and pay less for their vacations!
