To your right is a large wooden dining table that seats 8. Even in this foodie city, it’s hard to beat a home-cooked meal. Spend a night in to take advantage of the homey, community seating and chef’s quality kitchen, with entrance from the dining area.
Feast your eyes (and your stomachs) on the contemporary kitchen, featuring a large island with 4 barstools and ample counter space for mixing up your own happy hour. There's also a gas range with overhead ventilation and stainless steel appliances.
Curl up in front of the fireplace and flat-screen TV in the living area. Seating for 7 and direct access to the balcony make this room a central gathering space. Wide windows fill the room with natural sunlight while double doors lead to rocking chair seating on the lower deck, creating the ultimate place to unwind.

The king-size master bedroom has hardwood floors, high ceilings, a contemporary chandelier, large TV, and access to the ultimate overlook. Direct doors open to the upper level deck and the Music City bids you good morning.
Start and end your routine in the en suite bath with luxury tub and separate two-headed standing shower. A double vanity provides plenty of his-and-hers space.
Across the hall, a full bath with tub/shower combo is at the top of the stairs for both additional bedrooms to share. Two rooms with queen-size beds are complete with full closets to hang new items from a memorable shopping excursion at The Gulch boutiques.
Last but not least, take the stairs all the way down to the basement game room for some fun around the foosball table, TV, and plenty of comfortable seating on 2 comfy bean bag beds. Enjoy a game night in, but a night out on the down is just as easy with this ideal location.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
