My place is close to Commercial Drive, Trout Lake, Easy route to UBC, downtown, Metrotown or airport.. You’ll love my place because of it provides all you need to relax after a day exploring this great city! . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). You can walk to many great restaurants nearby, or stay home and cook. Most tourism sites are no more than 20 min drive away. For small families, an airbed can be added.
Completely private and quiet this apartment has great western exposure and all that you might need however brief or long you stay. Please note, the ceilings in the living room/kitchen are lower than the bathroom and bedroom. Some very tall people may find it low, others not. See photos.
Own entrance, 1 B/R, quiet bright open concept living room & fully supplied kitchen, with private W&D, large shower (no tub), wifi, and free street parking, in great neighbourhood central to all Vancouver has to offer.
Depending on length of stay/schedule other services may be available, ie, breakfast, bicycles, guiding, etc
Interaction with guests
On site management (intermittently available due to shiftwork) is able to welcome and host or guide as requested. The unit is completely private but we do have neighbours and other tenants in the building. Please free free to enquire with any questions or concerns.
Other things to note
Children under 2 are free. 2+ to 12 years are $15/night, enquire for price amendment. Occasional cigarette smoking tolerated outside only. Well behaved pets are welcome with additional damage deposit/cleaning fee. Please enquire.
Almost wheelchair friendly- there is one step at side of house and one at entryway to apt. Otherwise at one/street level. Good for mobility challenged. In living room the ceiling is low which may be a concern for very tall or claustrophobic people (most have not minded). There are a few light stains on the bedroom carpet and living room wall, but apartment is fully functional. Hablamos espanol.
- Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Please respect neighboring tenants.
Expectation that guests will leave apartment tidy and similar to as found on arrival. (Ie, dishes washed)
Guests are responsible for linens/garbages during their stay. Cleaning services occur on Mondays (if pre-arranged) for longer stays.
