Don't expect a 5-star hotel room, this place is all about location. Right in the center of all of the action on Bourbon street however, once you get to the room you can only hear a muffled thump of the bass coming from Razzoo. May not be the nicest room, but it was very clean and had everything we needed. Absolutely perfect for a bachelor party weekend. Eric was an excellent host, only a call/or text away if you needed anything at all. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to experience what Bourbon Street has to offer.

Centrally located on bourbon street, but tucked behind businesses well enough to muffle music and noise to rest comfortably (we couldn't even smell bourbon street in the courtyard!) It was clean and convenient for our vacation of six 20-somethings for our first visit to Nola. Almost everything we wanted to do was walking accessible. The only time we ubered was a 5 minute drive to Frenchmen street to eat and enjoy music. We walked back at night to have beignets and iced coffee at cafe du monde and to enjoy bars and shops open late into the night, walking back to our Air bnb easily and taking in all the sights, sounds, culture, tastes, and faces. We will be recommending this place to our friends and family and would love to stay here again in the future! Eric was friendly with great recommendations, and he was easy to reach. The only issue was finding parking that wasn't redicoulously priced but we were warned that parking is an obstacle in Nola so we prepared for this. It was a wonderful first trip and we will definitely be back! There is so much to do and see (other than the vibrant night life) it's impossible to have the energy-and funds- to see and do everything that we wanted to do so we will have to come back. Oh, and you can't go wrong with food in Nola, we have zero complaints about any of the food we (URL HIDDEN) was delicious.

Great location and perfect place to crash after a long day exploring. We were with another couple and didn't realize one bedroom is a doorless walk through to the bathroom. Glad we were tracel8ng with best friends! Eric's place was clean and comfy and Eric was very accommodating in our early arrival.

Location 3x for sure. Not fancy but I can't think of anything we were missing. Bourbon Street never shuts up. But this place is amazingly secluded once you close the security door. Eric was a real pleasure to deal with immediately upon booking. I could tell he was from around these parts by his attentiveness and humor. I gave lots of stars but don't expect a five star hotel. This place is all about convenience, safety, value, and a good night's sleep between parties. Tips: Short naps are essential y'all. A Pat O'Brien's Hurricane, being the quickest way to get your party started, is less than a block away.

Eric's unit was absolutely perfect. He was always quick to reply if we had a question and genuinely cared we have a great time during our exploration of NOLA. We were so excited to stay right in the middle of Bourbon Street, and also worried about the noise. However, the courtyard is essentially soundproof from the street and even voices in the courtyard hardly made it into the unit! Whether you want to walk up and down Bourbon or explore outside the French Quarter, Eric's unit will be a great home base for your trip! :)

This was my first official Airbnb experience, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The apartment has enough room for 6 people if beds are shared. Privacy is skim, but because I was with a group I've known for quite awhile, it didn't matter. The apartment is hidden right in the middle of Bourbon, yet because of the brick wall around the apartment, the noise wasn't an issue. Last of all, Eric was a great host - very accommodating and communicated often - gave great site seeing tips too. Overall a great experience!
