About this listing
My place is only 600m from the sandy L'Eree beach, indian restaurant, local minimart and butchers. Come visit us and live the 'Good Life' in Guernsey, enjoying the spectacular scenery in your 'home from home' 2 storey house. Relax around the communal heated swimming pool (end May-mid sept) and enjoy the 3 acres of gardens including flower beds, hanging baskets and wild flower wet meadow. Children can enjoy the play areas and pets we have here for that great family holiday.
This 2 storey house has a compact Lounge/kitchen/dining room on the ground floor and also a twin room with ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted also with a dishwasher. The 2nd floor comprises of a double and twin room each with their own ensuite. The 1st floor rooms have wonderful sea and countryside views. The first floor balcony looks over the communal pool and is great to sit and watch the sunset with a glass of wine!
With 3 acres of grounds we decided early on that we would like to help the homeless animals of Guernsey and now have a number of rescue animals here at Beau Vallon such as 'Reno & 'Vegas' our rare Golden Guernsey Goats. Joe our African Grey parrot and 'Canary wharf' our rescue aviary birds. With chickens and rabbits we have a menagerie of pets. (if you don't like animals don't worry they are housed at the back of the property away from the accommodation)
Guests are invited to take advantage of the property and enjoy the many places to relax, eat outside and BBQ.
The communal gardens, pool, meadow, play area and coin operated laundry are available for everyone to enjoy.

Corrina & Natasha love being outside, gardening, wildlife and the natural outdoors. A glass of wine on a summers evening watching the west coast sunset is bliss. Our rescue animals are a menagerie to laugh at and are so amusing going about their business.
If I could go away tomorrow I would either pick the West coast of Australia for its natural beauty and wildlife or a trip to Singapore to enjoy the vibrancy of the city. Actually I would combine both!
