An original barn converted into a house surrounded by beautiful garden, flowers, trees and a natural pond as well as rose garden. A gated property tucked away by a sweeping drive. Just a short walk into the lovely village of Westerham, home of General Wolfe and his home Quebec House which is now a National Trust Property and a delight to visit. A regular visitor to the village was Winston Churchill who lived very nearby at Chartwell House, another fabulous property and gardens to visit.

The space

3 double bedrooms, 1 with an en suite bathroom which has a power shower as well as a roll top bath. An additional large family bathroom with a large power shower & roll top bath. Large mezzanine area overlooking the beautiful back lawn, garden & pond. Large hallway with beautiful views of the both front & back gardens. A kitchen diner one side & a large comfortable lounge with a wood burning fire & double doors which open onto a covered outdoor seating area.
A utility room & cloakroom complete the downstairs layout.

What an absolutely stunning home! Beautiful large house (luxury country style) with a wonderfully kept garden and neighbouring field (great for running our dog!) The house is only a c 10 min walk from the village shop but so super quiet and tucked away. Loretta was the perfect host - would recommend this gem to anyone looking to escape to the country but still be in easy reach of restaurants / shops etc.

Thankyou Katie, pleasure to have you stay, so glad Moby enjoyed the field and you all enjoyed the garden as well as the barn. We are so lucky to be situated so close to everything & yet feel so blessed with all the countryside benefits including the visiting birds, ducks, moorhens etc. Hope to see you all again sometime. Wow, a stunning property in equally stunning gardens. Loretta was quick to reply to our enquiries when booking and was very welcoming on our arrival. The barn has everything you could need and is 2 minutes from a small shop and a short walk into Westerham. We would throughly recommend staying here, so much so we've already got our next visit in the diary!
