I really do not know where to begin to answer you. There are so many incorrect statements, there is such as a wrong focus on the reality that I have to answer step by step.
Let me copy one of your very many messages.
I can see you are already the perfect host. I am looking forward to staying at your residence. Again, we arrive on 4/29. I am making note of the address for the taxi. I have poured over maps many times and located it. I sort of know my way around Havana already without having been there haha!
As I am already packing, I have some questions about what will be available in the rooms for us. I am assuming there are bed sheets, blankets, and pillows. Do you also provide a towel for the bathroom? Thanks

It is clear that according to your message you either neither read nor understood the description and the things in the Suite for you and I have to write again everything that it was available for you.
Another of your messages with questions:
Oh and I forgot to ask if you get reliable WiFi at the Havana suite? I will save myself carrying my laptop if you don't have WiFi. Thanks!

There is Wi-fi near the House in several places, one of them is all along Malecón. PLEASE, remember in Cuba the Internet is NOT what we are familiar with in North America.

And this is what is written on the Airbnb webpage regarding Wifi in the House in the section Guest Resources:
There is NO Wifi at home. You have to go outside for connection.
Do you need more clarity than that? It is really extraordinary!!!!
You complained that in the description it is said that the place is Laptop friendly.
Explanation: the place is as a Laptop Friendly because ALL the person that has visited us in Business Trips AFTER READING the information about the lack of Wifi connection come with their Laptops prepared TO WORK there with the information, data, and analysis or whatever they have in the Memory of the Laptop. They do NOT come to play games on the Internet or to chat with friends, they come to work and they came prepared after the information provided.
I did forget, according to Airbnb this is their definition of a Laptop friendly place:
A table or desk with space for a laptop and a chair that’s comfortable to work in.
So, a table is offered with also a chair and it is explained and very clearly written that there is NO WIFI in the House, so I really do not understand what or how you were confused, also I did answer to you directly.
It seems to be that you were so excited that even reading the description and the details you had an idea in your mind, and that was it. Like what you say that the picture of the Kitchen made you think that you could use it. If there would have been a guest cooking I could agree with that but it was only the kitchen, plain kitchen no person, no text, just the reality of the kitchen to show how it looks like, so, my question would be: how is it possible that the foto, just by itself, gave you the impression that you could cook there? Very strange!!! Not to mention that it is written very clearly that the Staff is the only one allowed to do it. Again, very weird!!!
The safe not working???!!! When was that? The safe was and still is perfectly working. I did leave a couple of days before you arrive and it was working, probably you did not use how to use it, in spite of that the instructions were written there, that is another completely different thing!!
The Orange Suite and all of them are for two persons when two persons go together to one room, it does not matter if they are or not a couple they have to think that they are sharing the beds, the washroom, the closet, etc. EVERYTHING that the room has, if not they have to rent two separate rooms. You told the Manager you wanted another room for your friend and you were given another room, but of course, your friend was told that he had to pay and then, at that moment he went back to the original room with you. What did you think that you could get a room without paying? You were giving the chance to have your "privacy", and you did not take it.
This is your comment about the location:
I did not know Centro Havana was so run down compared to Havana Vieja.
My answer: So, is it my fault too that (according to you) Centro Havana is more destroyed than Havana Vieja? What do I have to do with that? Why does it have to influence your appreciation of my Property and finally in your evaluation? Am I the owner of Centro Habana? Am I responsible for the way it looks like? I do believe you are absolutely wrong and also being extremely unfair.
From my property normally the guests go walking to Havana Vieja, it takes about 30 minutes to be there but usually, they do it in more time because they go enjoying in their way the construction, the sculptures, the people, the life, especially that how alive people are.
Your comments about the noise are completely out of style and place, not to mention unrelated to my Property. We do not share any inner court with a school. From the inner balcony you can SEE the school located in the building next to us, and yes they make noise at recess, but the good news is that there is no shooting!!! it is a normal noise. There is no danger at all. Which school is quite and silent with no noise at recess in the world?
Another of your comments:
The photos make it seem like you have the use of the kitchen but the staff is the only one that can use it in reality. If they prepare breakfast for you need to pay.
My answer: as I said before, it is very strange that the foto gave YOU the impression that you could use it. By the way, in the House rules, it is written that ONLY the Staff is allowed to use the appliances located in the Kitchen. Didn't you also read it?
Cuba is located in the Caribe, it is a Caribbean Island, you should have known that before your Trip. In Cuba, there are no only dance, music, and cigars. The Caribbean style is noisy, there are neighbors talking to each other from balcony to balcony across the street, barking dogs, loud television sets, as if they were broadcating the programs for the whole neighborhood, very noisy Old American cars which give admiration to the whole world in the way they run and the way they look like, the drivers "talk" to each other using the Honk, that is amazing!!!! that is a sign they are alive, happy, although some people do not admire, enjoy and understand this way of life, the Caribbean way of life!!!. It is a pity that you did not enjoy it because they have been like that, since the very beginning of the civilization, they are like that, and the most important thing they will continue being like that.
It is really sad that you did not know all of this before your Trip, you would have enjoyed it more, knowing how the country is. Your trip was a waste because you did not enjoy so missed the best part of it.
