We had an excellent stay with Carol! The room is as pictured. Very clean and tidy. Carol provided excellent restaurant reservations and the breakfast was superb!

I’m a theatregoer so the location couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s also excellent for the town centre. I also recommend Carol’s beautiful breakfasts!

My friend and I stayed at Carol's for a night to go to the theatre. We had a lovely, comfortable stay in her spotless room: her house is very convenient for the Minerva/Festival Theatres (only a few minutes by foot) and the city centre. She made us an amazing breakfast (her full English is scrumptious!), and she made us feel very welcome in her home. The en-suite bathroom is very modern with a bathtub and a huge shower. If we come back to Chichester, we would love to stay there again!

Carols home is the perfect place to stay, a fab host and a terrific house. The guest suite is superb, breakfast is a joyous occasion and Carol is the perfect host. A short walk from town centre and just across the road from the theatre with easy parking too. I can highly recommend staying here as it's the perfect home from home.

Perfectly located for both the Festival Theatre and the city, with everything within a few minutes walk. The comfortable room, the very well appointed bathroom and the excellent breakfasts made our stay memorable.
