This location is beautiful, clean and peacefull. It is very close to the bus station. Valter is a great host. He came for us to the airport and showed us the neighbourhood. We had a great time in this apartment, I recommend it!

This apartment is very clean, spacious and the air conditioning was very cooling. The kitchen is nice and the sofa is very comfortable, and is excactly as the images show! This apartment was around 20-25 minutes to Venice on average by bus, with a bus stop around 1 minute's walk away from the apartment. Valter was very nice, offering to pick us up and drive us to his apartment for 30 euros, which is cheaper then the taxi. He gave us a electric fan when we worried the temperature would be too hot, and printed off bus times for us. He even left a basket of foods for us, such as biscuits and wine. His mother in law (who lived downstairs) was also very very nice, and even bought us some cakes as a gift (which we regret not also buying back a gift), and always smiled and waved to us in the mornings. If i had to to say anything negative about the place, it's that the springs in one of the matresses are gone, meaning it can be quite uncomfortable at times, and the light was a bit dim for us ( we are older so struggle to read much in it). Also there is no electric kettle, although i believe thats just the italian way!. All in all a very pleasant experience and a very nice and trustworthy host (and mother in law!)

Guys, this place was really good It took us just 25 min to get to Venice bus station. The closest bus stop is just in 2 min, supermarket in 5 min. Everything is easily accessible. The apartment itself is really nice, you will have everything reasonably needed. Special thanks to Andrea (Valter's son) who helped us to get from the Treviso airport to the apartment and gave us guided tour in the neighborhood And also big thanks to Granny, who was super kind and gave us traditional Italian sweets We've really enjoyed time in Mestre and Venice.

Clean, safe, and warm welcome. Very close to bus stop to Venice and probably the easiest and cheapest way in.

This location is great. It is peaceful but still couple a minutes from the bus that drives you to Venice in 15-20 minutes. Just 100 meters from the apartment you have a bakery, pastry shop, bar, and 200 meters a proper market, and pizzeria. Bus stop is close by (5 min walking distance, and near the bakery is the kiosk that sells bus tickets- 1,5 euros per trip. Walters place is very clean, it is a two bedroom apartment, with two separate rooms (one king size bed and two singl ones) perfect for our family of four. It is located in a side street that is very peaceful, from both sides of the apartment you have a small yard and in front of the building a free parking lot. This is a true family place as Walters parents live on the ground floor and his mother signora Andrea is a lovely lady. We had no problems whatsoever, everything was functioning well, internet, kitchen appliances, TV. We got more than we hoped for, tanti saluti per Andrea and his granny. Nevena, Damir, Jana e Kosta

Place was great. It is a little dated in terms of the decor but after visiting museums and historic places in Paris a few days before, I was a lot more appreciative! Cool family owned, nice pizza place a block away open till midnight if you arrive late (brick oven too!). Neighborhood seems a little sketchy at first (of course because it's unfamiliar to me) but once the sun was out you could see it was vibrant family neighborhood. Grocery stores are also a block away, access to bus was as described to get to Venice. There is a little bank around the corner that allowed to exchange up to $200/day (U.S.) and a substantially better rate than those airport or other brick exchange units!

Andrea, Valter's son, hosted us. He is very nice person. Andrea met us at the airport. Although there was a long delay on passport control, He waited for us for almost 2 hours and gave a ride to the apartment. Then Andrea showed us all the places we need in the neighbourhood, which is, btw, very quiet and clean. Also, we had a small problem, we lost our tickets for public transport in Saturday evening and places near the house where we could get them were closed on Sunday. And again Andrea helped us a lot, he gave us a ride to Venezia center. Apartments are exactly like on photos. Everything you need is there. Very clean and comfortable. Also small surprise waited for us on check in - bottle of wine, cookies, chips and bottle of water in the fridge. Totally recommend!
