The basement apartment has windows in the front, the back and all along the side. Central heating and cooling, two bedrooms with full size beds, plenty of storage, full kitchen, bathroom with washer and dryer and off-street parking. The apartment is about 1,200 sq feet (110 sq meters) and is bright, comfortable and well appointed.
The apartment is large, bright and comfortable. The living room is large and spacious with a comfortable leather sofa, chairs, television, cable, dvd player, a dining table for four and a large closet for storing suitcases and coats.
The kitchen has a gas oven and burners, a regular size sink, a .9 cu microwave oven, coffee maker, water filter pitcher, toaster, full size refrigerator, automatic dish washer, dinnerware for 6, tons of coffee mugs, glasses, wine glasses, silverware, pots, pans, dish towels, spices and more.
The bathroom has a large shower, bathtub, sink, cabinet, toilet with a freshwater bidet, a bathroom heater, bath/hand/wash towels and a full size washer and gas dryer.
There are two bedrooms, each with a full size bed, a desk, a large chest of drawers, a large closet with hangers, a rug, night stands and lamps.
Finally, there is gated parking behind the house. The gate is locked so your vehicle will be protected during your stay.

I live in the house upstairs and I can help you get situated. I have a bunch of kitchen supplies, tools, equipment, printer, etc so let me know if I can get you something.
