La Regalide is a beautiful architecturally designed house built in the eighties. Each room is unique with a breathtaking view.
Constructed of stone (lave), red cedar, glass, it is both simple and extravagant. Thanks to picture window, the house is full of light.
Surrounded by 25000 m2 of “garrigues”, olive trees and cypresses, you will enjoy the cicada’s song, hidden from people and noise.
The house is comprised of 5 bedrooms each with bathroom, two of which have a bath. All the rooms have dual access allowing access to the rest of the house and individual entry from the garden and swimming pool.
On the ground floor, you will find the full-equipped kitchen with terrace, the living room and its panoramic natural vista on The Grasse Mountains.
The library with TV and stereo also has access to the swimming pool via a terrace.
In the center of the house, you will find a charming « patio » with a yoga room where you can practise relaxation, be on your own and unwind.
There are two bedrooms:
* one with a double bed
* one with a double bed (view on the garden and swimming pool) including a dressingroom, toilet and a bathroom fully made of stone.
Down the house, there are 3 rooms:
* two rooms each with a double bed and a single bed and a walk-in-shower
* the third with double bed, bath and toilet.
Another toilet can be found in the corridor.
In the garden, a mosaic swimming pool with overflow feature is an inspiration of the architect and in keeping with the originality of the house. Close by, you will find a dependence with barbecue and summer kitchen.
In front of the house is a welcoming fishpond with reeds and water lilies.
A garage for 2 cars is available but, in reality, you can easily park 7 cars.
At La Regalide, you can forget everything, relax and have fun with family and friends.

Time stops and life begins…
The caretakers, Kat and Léon, are very charming and discrete. They are fluent in English, live next door, maintain the swimming pool and garden and will be there to welcome you with a glass of champagne.
For those who don’t have a car, they can pick you up from the train station or the airport in Cannes.
They can also give you information on Mouans-Sartoux, renowned for its cultural events, and the surrounding areas.
Mouans-Sartoux is a typically beautiful Provencal village famous for it’s castle, old streets, restaurants and twice-weekly market where you can buy local produces.
For golf lovers, there are two of the finest French courses located nearby at Mouans and Mougins.
For poets, Grasse and its gardens could be of inspiration. There is also the International Perfume Museum.
The village is very close to Cannes: the “croisette”, boats, beaches and shops.
By car, you’re only a couple of minutes to Antibes and Juan les Pins.
Nice is 35 minutes away, Marseille 1H30 and Monaco 40 minutes.
